Silsbee EDC - Voter Authorization

In 1997, the Texas legislature granted 4A corporations the authority to fund 4B projects with voter approval. One year later, SEDC submitted all nine 4B project categories to the Silsbee voters for approval in November 1998, one year after the Texas legislature granted this ability.
